Teaching philosophy: acquaintance with foreign experience
October 10, 2015 as part of the program to improve pedagogical skills for Almaty Management University teachers was held workshop "Teaching philosophy". Workshop was held Director of the MBA Department and Professor in Leadership / Management Cameron Adam Batmanghlich (PhD).
The key questions were:
- Who Am I as a teacher and what is my role?
- How do I see myself as a lecturer, my students?
- What teaching / learning and assessment strategies do I use and based on what modern educational theories (e.g. SCL, Experiential Learning, CBL); all in the context of reflexivity.
