Higher school of pedagogical skills (HSPS) was established in February 2014. On 27 of February the Concept of HSPS’s development until 2020 year was endorsed by IAB Academic Council (prot.№6). According to this Concept, program’s students are divided into three groups.
1st level (basic, 52 hours) is designed for newcomers and novice teachers with pedagogical experience of 1-3 years.
2nd level (high, 72 hours) - for teachers with pedagogical experience of 4-10 years.
3rd level (master, 72 hours) - for teachers with teaching experience more than 10 years.
Within two years more than 226 teachers of our university have been trained on these programs, the alumni list also includes participants of two summer schools.
